I was pleased with the effort of your customer service rep that got me started in the application process. It got somewhat more technical/computer literate as the sign-up progressed. I don't know if it was because of AEP's contract requirements or some other feature of your programs but the depth of the sign-up procedure was more than I have experienced with other intermediary vendors in the energy market. The final element of the sign-up required moving to a separate electronic signature entity. This just added more "password" creation, etc. and I am listed on another entity in which I get a flood of promotional emails. I would hope you could simplify some of the above.
As a final statement, your customer service was good and we received an excellent price for signing on with your customer, AEP.
