“Having a business to run does not allow you to research energy companies for the best deal. Dealing with EnergyBot was quick & easy. I sent them my 3 PECO bills and they were able to secure a 3 year contract with a significant savings. Process was seamless, detailed and they do all the work. I would highly recommend.”

“Energy Bot gave me wrong information which led me to cancel the energy company agreement which was supposed to start 11-10-26. I was quoted a rate of 15.2 PKW with the company I had been using for 3 years when the actual rate was 9.7. That company when contacted to determine if the rate was correct advised me that they would renew me for an additional 36 months at a 8.7 PKW rate. I was promised an email from the new energy company showing the contract was cancelled which I still have not received. I was given a ticket number. Energy Bot quoted me a rate at an average of 2,000 KWH when my average usage was less than 1,000 KWH. I feel this was a deceptive practice to gain my business. I will not use Energy Bot again.”
