“Process is fast - however, during the signup process with Energy Bot I was presented with the offer to sign up for 1-year electricity contract without a termination fee. When I finally got the contract from my carrier it shows there is a termination fee. I am trying to get this resolved, but this should not have happened in the first place..”

“Energy bot did a good job of helping me find a more affordable electric company. It used my current electricity usage and gave me what my bill would have been worth the different providers. It definetly helped and was very easy to use. I only gave 4 stars due to it still doesn’t tell you what the actual price of electricity is, only the avg amount per KW.”
