“Thus far, Energy Bot has been a helpful resource for finding a new electric service provider. I like that it provided a list of the various companies that are available in my area. I was able to review the company’s policies and procedures and compare between different companies before choosing the one that I felt most confident with. I appreciate that they communicated with me ahead of my contract deadline so I can act quickly to avoid any issues with my utility service.”

“I've been using EnergyBoy to track Texas energy prices for the last two years to determine if there was a "best time" to buy into a contract and EnergyBot made that very simple. From the detailed EFL information for each plan to the recommended plans to the extra offerrings to buy solar panels, EnergyBot made it very simple and easy to use. There are some downsides (like the "Should I Switch Now" function that is "Coming Soon..." but has been this way for 2 years now), but overall the portal is useful, functional, and can help you decide what plan to get. I usually use a 12 month plan and renew sometime between the end of July and the 3rd week in August to get the lowest price. The filters are nice as it can help you buy a plan that would expire during or close to that time to allow you to agree to another contact that would give you the lowest price. For example, if your current contact ends in December, then you can filter to show 7-8 month contacts and buy into that one so that you can then get the lowest price for that following year. Overall, it's a good portal with a lot of good functions. The only thing keeping it from getting five stars is the unfinished options and functionality.”

“I had a little difficulty comparing options, so I call the 888 number for clarification. I wanted to confirme that the rate published, included the charges for delivery. The first person I talked to.........talked too fast and hard to understand her lanquage......it sounded like a European accent. I got no clear answer to my question and gave up. I called again and this time lanquage was even more of a problem. The thrid try was better, but the quote was outrageous compated to what was advertised. I ended up just going back to the quote I had received on line. I do not understand any of the following questions about delivery of an item? WTF is that about.”
