“The process may "seem" straight forward... but contracts appear to be aggred upon without being informed. Energybot may do a good job returning results but the handoff is less than stellar.”

“I tried to sign up for a plan and kept getting an error so I had to call and come to find out.. the plan that was shown for my address actually was for Centerpoint, not TNMP. Need to do a bit more UAT to ensure what people see is correct”

“The email offered a 3 month contract with the provider I have but I wasn't accepted by APG&E. Not sure how you investigate and then the provider doesn't accept the offer.”

“Got placed with overpriced supplier. Had to contact energy bot before they did anything about it. I expect to get the lowest energy price from them.”

“Each time I called had to wait approximately 20 minutes with loud background music. It would be helpful if during the long wait if you were told what number you were in phone line, a re-assuring voice periodically letting you know you would soon get help, etc.”

“I liked using energy bot. I referred it to a few people and haven’t noticed any type of referral fee or credit. I sent the referral link via text message. I helped them fill out everything to get started with their new account. They say you get you a referral fee of some kind and noticed nothing. I stopped referring people.”
