I liked using energy bot. I referred it to a few people and haven’t noticed any type of referral fee or credit. I sent the referral link via text message. I helped them fill out everything to get started with their new account. They say you get you a referral fee of some kind and noticed nothing. I stopped referring people.

Why I asked for a review and never use the product yet or service. We will wait and see how things turn out asking for review right out of the gate. It’s very poor business practice.

We are very satisfied with the rate. Once an energy provider was chosen through Energy Bot, I took several weeks and some back and forth to nail down exactly how to proceed. Communication could have been better and more timely.

Like how you have a window on what bill would be at the current kw used in home at the offered kw price. Very helpful. Dislike: picked a plan and got to end to submit and alerted plan is expired. But when I was still shopping for provider on your site that same company and price offered was still showing. So I resubmitted least 3-4 times with same expired answer. Find a way for any expired plans to not show. If i didn’t have that issue y’all would of had 4-5 stars
