Horrible customer service, phone number does not allow you to hold, you need to give a call back number and they respond HOURS LATER, was lied to on two separate occasions resulting in my commercial business being OUT OF POWER for 5 DAYS and having to send workers home. I had filled out all power work correctly and credit check passed with no deposit required, so the problem was with their company having NO CLUE how to operate and train employees. My advice is to not go through a broker and just go straight to the energy company. I was told by green mountain had I called them directly I could have had power same day. Lesson learned.
