Called to talk to rep to make sure I was getting the best deal vs the website. Communication was difficult with the rep and couldn’t understand what was going on with my start date. Decided since the same price on line was same they were saying decided to do the online access which was very simple and felt more confident on my info that being entered. Awesome website and great value to a customer. Just phone communion was lacking.
