I've never done a changeover like this thru a website, because I was always wary there'd be some fine print that I would overlook and it come back on me. But this site made the ability to change over so easy, that I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner! Energybot brought up a plethora of choices and had such excellent documentation, that it took less time to change over using their service, as opposed to even getting a customer service rep from a prospective new provider on the phone to discuss plans!
