The website was very easy to use. Just have your most recent electric bill in front of you if possible. Once I input our ESI, EnergyBot was able to pull up our energy usage for the last year, and after a few questions, it was able to find the best plan, based on our uage. I recommended the website to my son, who is a solar technician....
