Energybot has a nice calculator that allows you to check KWH usage against price very quickly without having to do the math yourself. It is especially important to use this if you have months that border 1000kwh or 2000kwh. Sometimes 900kwh is more expensive than 1500kwh. It also helps you see the difference between usage amounts because these plans are not a flat rate plan anymore. Your kwh price at 1000 is not necessarily the same price as 1500. This calculaor helps for better comparisons between plans.
