Overall, signing up went well, was friendly. I was wondering about making sure my deposit was waved so I called vs. clicked. After about a 10 minute hold, the rep answered my question but said it would probably be easier to enroll online. So I did.... Maybe if you prefer the self-service channel, make a note or additional click somewhere that you'll run a credit check. All worked out though. Service should be transferred today 8/26/24.
