You have a phone # listed with each offer but when you call, you only get endless music. I finally gave up and changed my mind and did the online sign-up, but would have preferred to speak to a live person. Have an announcement regarding business hours or just say that sign up is online only. I waited 10+ minutes and waisted time. For people less savvy regarding energy labels and how to pick a plan, a live rep to talk to is missing in your business model. Yes, you can try to bot everything but a cetain segment of consumers will still prefer to talk to a live person before they sign up with a plan.
