Customer service have been very helpful to narrow down sizing concerns and have a very good procedure to ensure you haven’t forgotten any items prior to shipping.
The quality of all items I have purchased so far have been to the highest standard and the shipping times have been quite good.
I haven’t needed to return or refund anything but that’s certainly due to the customer service and transparency on their products.
I wouldn’t put it past them to provide a top quality response if the need arises.
