“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Absolutely disgusting service. Spent $380 on Christmas gifts and express post 9 days ago. Zero communication and/or updates. Order still remains unfulfilled. Cannot cancel the order without speaking to someone yet I've sat on the webchat for 5 hours with no response. No email responses. Cannot reach out via Instagram as they do not accept message requests and no Facebook contact. The phone number associated is not connected. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!”

“Ordered on 21 Nov and still haven’t got any tracking on 2 Dec. I know it’s Black Friday but come on. It has been 12 days and still can’t get my order shipped. Emailed their support and just keep telling me they are working on it. Not helpful at all. Very disappointing. I like their products and have their shorts but will nerve order again.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service, I’ve emailed constantly about a returned order as I was sent wrong size. Haven’t heard from them and they received the return last Thursday. Absolutely terrible, won’t be buying anything from here again. Not to mention the express delivery was 4 days late.”

“Ordered a few things from Engage and I've been happy with all of them. They do phenomenal sales where you can get seriously good deals. Lace up gloves were nice for sparring, rash guard is a good thickness and looks good - rubber around the bottom helps it from slipping up. Shorts are good too but a bit undersized, usually a L-XL but I'm a 3XL in shorts. Engage pretty top tier for fight wear, and maybe B+ tear for gear (but the prices on sale are so so good it's worth it if you know what you're getting)”
