Expensive postage and you must pay for returns, then also pay postage again on the exchanged item.
They don't offer refunds or exchanges, only a gift card minus the cost of postage you paid.
Pants were sized really small and I had to return and purchase again (no option of refund) so I paid $35 in postage by the time I received the right size.
I would be wary of purchasing online unless you're sure you fit their gear.
