The EM survey is a very powerful tool. The platform is easy to use and the data is formatted in a way that is easy to comprehend, share and identify areas of opportunity. Support from the team, specifically Hollie Forshaw, our dedicated success manager has been really helpful.
I do wish the survey terminology was more generic instead of using "Hotel" as many of our employees work at other outlets than the Hotel( Club, Restuarant, Spa, etc)
