Only giving one star because I can’t give zero.
Item arrived faulty, told I couldn’t return it as I didn’t have the tags. Unhelpful and disinterested staff. Eventually told them I had a right under the Consumer Act 2015 to return my items within 30 days, regardless of tags…still waiting for a refund.
Never again, absolutely awful!
