The delivery and refund service is shocking. Cost me £6.95 for delivery to order two shirts just to see which one fits so I can send the other back then you charge me £6.20 to return that shirt and won't refund me delivery costs because I haven't returned both items. Daylight robbery!

Ordered the England 2024 Drifit home shirt which arrived in good time. Had to return it due to sizing. I found that I had no alternative but to use their 'Rebound' return service which cost £6.50!? - strike 1. The Royal mail tracking stated the goods were received by the England Store the 10th June (it would have been the 8th but I found via a Royal Mail notification that England Store do not accept weekend deliveries). I didn't receive a 'Rebound' confirmation receipt of goods email until the 13th, with the 14 days refund policy that has given them an extra 3 days!!- strike 2. I'd not received a refund, or email to state that a refund is being processed so I called after about 7 days and was advised that the refund was processed 3 days after receipt so there must be a technical issue and was further advised that I should receive the refund by the 26th June, and to call then if not received. The 26th arrived and still no refund! - strike 3. Called again and was told the same rubbish excuse of a 'possible technical issue' -strike 4. Have now been advised that the case has now been passed onto a 'Supervisor', who was not available to speak to. I requested a call back from the 'Supervisor' ..... I'll be shocked if that happens!! Really poor experience. I'm still £132 out of pocket (including the rip off return fee). Will be contacting my bank to see where I go with this. Just an untrustworthy shady company to buy from.

What a poor service from the official England store. Ordered an England kit with a name and number for my boy with express delivery and got an estimated delivery of 16th June. I have yet to receive my order and have had no update from the England store. My order is still saying processing on the website. I contacted them today on live chat and they are so unhelpful stating that as I paid for a name and number this changes the delivery time, even though it stated when buying the shirt and paying for it the delivery was estimated for 16th. I’ve now been told that it will be dispatched on 20th June with no explanation of why this is h to e case. I expected a lot more from the official England store. When looking for England merchandise in the future I will avoid this website at all costs

Absolute rip off...Paid £9 for express DPD delivery as well as the 'handling fee', the what!! I wonder if I can charge them an entering fee for inputting my details.... I am being given an ETA of 8 days....Apparently having a Bank Holiday on the Monday means that 3 days for dispatch means Friday? It seems that the 5 day working week no longer exists.... Also despite paying the delivery charge DPD can't deliver on a weekend like they do with other items I have ordered online, often with free postage....This is for a child's kit....Treating the fans like dirt as usual.

Paid for next day delivery for 3 England kits. Had 1 week before a holiday, which is tomorrow. Still no dispatch and after contacting them they say they have high demand. Why give timescales they cannot meet?! Could have ordered elsewhere and received in 1 day like other items but thought the best chance of getting them would be the official store.

I saw the reviews and used a credit card in case of any wrongdoings, but I was pleasantly surprised. Delivered within a week, all that I asked for - granted expensive - but par for the course it seems at the moment. Would use again.

Can't comprehend how the official merchandiser for the England National Team are this incompetent. Beggars Belief. Order with 48hr delivery and 7 days later it's not even dispatched. Give your heads a wobble for fk sake.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE My niece thought she was lucky enough to get the Mary Earps shirt when it was released, unfortunately it never arrived and she was told it got lost in the post. Royal Mail said they never even received the parcel. England store gave her 25% off the next batch to be released as compensation (they did refund her). Ordered again and thought it was arriving, guess what it never arrived, again she was told lost in the post, again Royal Mail states never received the parcel. Makes you wonder if the store actually have the shirts to sell. My niece is so disappointed.

I have ordered from them once before and vowed never to do it again but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as again it was for a kit for my grandsons birthday present and I couldnt find it elsewhere. The first time I paid extra for quick delivery which it wasnt. The personalised kit arrived late and with bits of plastic stuck on the shirt. The personalised number was HUGE in comparison to the shirt . I spent hours and hours trying to get a replacement and I had to give it to him as it was. They would not issue a refund as they said they had personalised the shirt. Many weeks later a second kit arrived which was just the same. This second order was just as disasterous - after 3 weeks it had still not been shipped (no notification of delays from them) and when I finally got through to Customer Services they said they had long delays and could not give me any time frame at all. I had no option but to cancel and try ordering from somewhere else but my grandsons birthday present will be late again this year as a result of England Stores INCOMPETENCE. If you can avoid it DONT have anything to do with them

Dreadful service. Waited a month for a £100 Russo shirt. When it did arrive it was damaged. It seems to be virtually impossible to speak to anyone, and the help function is pathetic. If this is the official England store it is a disgrace.

Do not use this company. I placed an order on the 10th August the website looks verified and official but I haven't heard a thing and the item is due to be delivery tomorrow but it hasn't progressed any on the so called order status. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT ORDER FEOM ENGLAND STORE They email to delay your order and then it still never comes. The emails are not replied to, the contact centre phone service is closed during the hours they advertise as open. Abysmal service for our national teams.

After paying almost £6 handling and postage & packing I received a poor quality item, of I hadn't known where it came from I would have thought it was a fake. I then had to pay £5.90 to return a £25 t-shirt.

I bought a mug that was in pieces when it arrived. There is no contact or live chat available. The only option is to pay 6.95 to return a broken product. I expected better from and official England store.

Do not order from them! It’s a complete scam. I ordered an item, it never arrived. 4 months later I finally got through to them and asked for a refund they returned 1/3 of the amount and charged me a shipping

Do not order from this Company, items are over priced to start with but that’s football, item arrived & ridiculously too small, had to pay £5.90 (cheapest option) to return it & was told “not much they can do about it” absolutely disgusting

I ordered a Millie Bright top and received an email stating it was coming on the 7th January. I waited in, no knock, no doorbell and then I received an email deliver2:15, I opened my door and nothing was there. I have no photo proof it came to my door. I have contacted customer services three times with no reply. I telephoned which I think went via India and he said he would come back in 48 hours - He didn't. I am out of pocket with nothing to show. I'm gutted and won't be using England Store again and and warn others not to either.
