Just like others I've ordered and paid an exorbitant price for 2xEngland kits for my grandchildren. The tracking number does not work. The other comments here suggest I am not alone in experiencing an abysmal online shopping experience. The FA has had FOUR YEARS to prepare for what they must have known would be a busy time. But the good news is that the site advises me that my gifts will arrive tomorrow!!! I think there is as much hope of that as there is for... !!!
well... lets see if the parcel really does arrive tomorrow.
