The product was excellent - England Ladies' top, personalised with left back Claire Rafferty's name and number. The support service (Holly Griffiths) was also excellent and attentive. However, the IT ordering system doesn't work. You can't customise a shirt and add a number to it on the web site. (Try the example above). Hence Holly had to send the order through manually. You need to fix this. The Lionesses start a major tournament in July and people will want the girls' names and numbers on their shirts. (Revenue to be made here.) The other thing that didn't work was the tracking system. It just said "consignment voided" which wasn't very helpful. But the shirt arrived nevertheless : ) Kind regards Peter McHarry
