I knew before I ordered that stock would be low. Therefore I was very pleased to be informed as to 1 of my items was in fact out of stock, but was able to reorder another item quickly so my order could be completed. ( unlike my Xmas order where I was left in limbo). So yes on this occasion very pleased indeed.
