Ordered a poster, a simple poster! no personailsation?, easy to post! 8th july i went on and it stated despatch time 3-5 days which wouldve been just in time for neices birthday. Its 3 weeks and well past her birthday still nothing apart from an rmail about a delay stating that if i dont reply i am accepting of such delay . Email was a blatant attempt to con me out of my consumer rights. I did reply, a week ago, not heard anything and order still not processed. Do not use this company I will be reporting to trading standards.
