The England shirt I was sent had ''Georgia'' on the back and the number ''10'' - which was clearly someone else's order. I had to send numerous emails and the responses were very slow - meaning I had to do all the chasing.
I had to re-pack the shirt to return it, go to the Post Office and send it back Recorded Delivery. I had to chase up to check it reached the FA Shop and to ask when the right product would be returned.
This was a present and I was unable to give it to the relevant person on the right day and I was inconvenienced - with nothing more than a trite ''apology'' saying: ''I can only apologise for this error......''.
This was not my error, yet I had to do all the chasing around and I asked a number of times what the FA Shop intended to do about this inconvenience - but this was ignored.
Very, very weak and reactive customer service, so I will not be using them again.
Simply not good enough!!!!
