My order got lost and the communication in general from the England store is basically none existant. I placed a second order which your information states should be with me in 5 working days that 5 working days has been and gone I ring your customer services to be told it’s been delayed but there was no communication of this until I rang you, had I known that I would have sourced a shirt locally so I had it ready for the first game of the World Cup now I can’t and for the money it costs this is not good enough. The communication side of your business needs a real good overhaul.
