The platform itself is sleek and your resume looks great but I ran into several formatting and syncing issues. I would spend an hour making edits then close the doc after it had confirmed that my updates had been saved. I'd go to open it again later and all my updates were gone! I also ran into formatting issues that forced me to start an entirely new resume. The worst part is, I messaged them about this because I would have kept paying for their service if they tried to help but I never received a response.
