Very disappointed and apprehensive at the moment. I paid for the service with an understanding that an appt to speak with a writer would happen in a matter of days. I signed up on May 11th and I wasn’t able to get an appt until May 26th. Definitely not giving me the confidence my resume and cover letter will be what I need. I paid extra to be a pro member for the extra benefits but I have heard NOTHING from the company after my payment, scheduling my appt and a couple very generic emails. THIS has been the only contact I have received in days.
