When I purchased the six-month service in Aug 2020, I thought it's a one-time purchase and did not expect Enhancv to do a recurring charge for another six-month service on my account until I got a notification from Paypal. I contacted their customer service three times but did not get any response. Therefore, I reached out to Paypal, since the transaction was through Paypal. They helped me cancel the billing agreement with the merchant on Feb 23, 2021. When I reviewed my account on the website of Enhancv on April 15, 2021, it shows that my plan was expired on Feb 24, 2021 (I think because Paypal canceled the billing agreement with Enhancv on Feb 23, 2021). That means, I paid for a service that claimed to cover a plan from Feb 20, 2021 to Aug 19, 2021, but it has been expired since Feb 24, 2021.
