Attention, payment goes on without notification! It is not clear that the "monthly plan" is a continuous plan and it is not obvious how to cancel (I found it via the Help function). I would suggest an option to buy just 1 month access or a monthly reminder from Enhancv that the next payment is coming up, with an easy cancel access.
The tool itself is userfriendly, so with a more transparent customer service, the customer experience would obtain a "honest feeling" and only then we would recommend it.
