The templates together with very easy setup and adjustment options, really helped me and my wife on our job applications. We both got the first job we applied for and for sure our applications helped us get to the first interview.
However, transferring our resume to a different language (Danish) was a little challenge.
I would HIGHLY recommend at least trying Enhancecv if you are applying for any job.
