I really like how helpful it is to expedite the cover letter writing process. It is fabulous for that. However, from a résumé perspective, I believe there needs to be more template options. I am in marketing, so the appearance of the résumé really matters and the options feel relatively generic. Also small things throw it off for example I had included my middle initial as there are other people with my same first and last name. However, it only recognizes the middle initial and removes my last name. Since I can only download in PDF format, that is a challenge.
