The formatting is good, the web tool is pretty good. The AI suggestions are usually a bit rubbish and I've spent more time undoing them than anything else.
The fact that I can't download it as a .docx so I can edit it outside their tool is really frustrating. The pricing is high enough at $40/month that I should be able to pull it off their platform and use it as a base for the future.
I will pay for one month and then get out, potentially to a competitor.
