Good templates, fonts and design. Connectivity with LinkedIn is very helpful. I can understand why they don't let users export a Word Doc version, but it would have been great. Lastly, the application has limitations on how far you can customise. You can't go too micro in formatting. The app let's you choose options but after that, you've got to live with the output. Overall, a good tool for CV building, cover writing and combining.
