I thought it was the greatest tool when I started using it. It did a great job of organizing my resumes and where I was applying to. The ATS is completely useless, the ai does such a poor job of determining what keywords are truly valuable. I ended up just using ChatGPT and resorted to using just using this as a resume builder and manager. Then I find out in horror that the last 3 months I had been submitting resumes using their ATS friendly template and my info was getting all messed up. I sent out about 50 very well targeted resumes and got 1 call back. I switched to the most basic template they had and it is still messed up. They use needless images for things like the dates. It's a great tool if you are not submitting resumes online but should be avoided otherwise.
