TL;DR: I know this seems like a bot review but I just genuinely loved the tool and the customer service and it worked great for me. 💯 Worth the investment to land a job in a disastrous job market. Loved using the tool, was able to adapt my resume for each job description and make it ATS friendly. Also the cover letter document generation is great (although I would advice adapting the content but the document design is a great as a template).Also used the job application tracking feature which was good enough. I noticed that I was called more often than before for job interviews which is what I needed since all 90% of applications I sent before were met with an automatic rejection email before the interview stage. I finally managed to land a job before my subscription was over. Which is awesome for the current job market state. Regarding customer service, I forgot to cancel my subscription renewal which led to an automatic charge. I contacted customer support which quickly got back to me and granted refund for the subscription renewal. I love the tool, the people behind it and I know that I would be coming back as soon as I need it again.
