Below is the feedback I provided on March 11, 2019 - two hours after spending some time with the Enhancv product - unfortunately, I didn't receive any meaningful reply or engagement from a customer service team member. Lacking customer service is a tremendous miss on the part of the Enhancv. original comments below . . . "I signed up for a trial a long time ago and then life got int he way and I was not able to use the 7 days before they expired. I tried again today to see what I could create with EnhanceCV and without a trial I went ahead and paid for a month of the service. I have been exploring and configuring for the past two hours and realize that this isn't for me. You have a great offering and I suspect it is (and should be) popular with people just entering the work force through to people reaching their mid-career point. I will most definitely recommend this. That said, there's nothing here for me that I haven't been able to develop for myself and am respectfully asking if you would kindly refund my fees - I am simply not going to to use any of the material I created this afternoon. I sincerely appreciate your consideration
