I am really disappointed with the platform for several reasons. First, the fields in the template do not have enough flexibility thus I have to "play" with wording and spacing so that I fit the information the way that I want. Second, there is no option to export my Resume as a Word file and there are may employers (especially in the UK) who require CVs in Word format. Third, the Cover letter templates are broken, especially when text is copy-pasted in them as they do not give room for editing. Fourth, there are not sections that allow for greater flexibility and I have to artificially insert spacing, text, etc. The variety of templates is more than mediocre. Last but not least, the service is pricey - I am still using it because if I start the process again, with a different template, I will have to spend another 10-20 hours for arranging my information anew. I would be grateful if I receive customer support from EnhanCV as I am desperately trying to find a new job and all the "bugs" in the system mean additional stress for me. Regards, Dilyana
