It needs more flexibility in the width and height of the block which could contain long texts (to prevent it to go on the next page); here also maybe for some stuff like experience there is no need to repeat the title of the block on the next page. So maybe also to be able to stretch the left & right column, to be able to arrange however you want your content. And one more little thing, I would personally prefer to be able to add more then one entity of a category of blocks (because maybe the structure fits also another type of information that I want to put in the resume) and also to let a block without title (for example the summary, I would personally prefer it without title).
