Although I really like using your templates, I think you could improve on customer service. I had a billing issue last year and it was very hard to get ahold of someone, and then there was a lot of miscommunication. It was frustrating.
Also it would be nice if you could offer a way to make a single resume for a flat fee instead of a monthly service.
