I signed up for the $15 a month service, as I liked their style options compared to some competitors and it was a quick way to iterate. Unfortunately, their download feature is broken and I cannot download a copy of the resume I've created on either Chrome or Safari. This has been a huge waste of time for me after spending hours crafting a resume on their site while I have job opportunities waiting for an update. And although it's a Tuesday, their support bot says they will be back on Friday. How is this acceptable for active job seekers?
