The software itself is very helpful, and I enjoy working with it. However, I never got my free month that was advertised to me in the email, so I was charged immediately and that messed with my finances drastically. The person who recommended me to Enhacecv never got her $3.00 credit either, saying that I haven't registered yet, but you all happily took my money. This is unorganized at best, or false advertising at worst. The lack of options for customer service is disappointing too. Thankfully you all sent this survey. I'll continue to use enhancecv and might recommended it some, but the whole credit thing and free month feels like a scam. Sorry this is so harsh, but this was beyond frustrating.
