I found EnhanceCV to be a good tool. I have one suggestion though - instead of restricting the features on the basis of license, the tool should allow one to create CV using all the features and then provide options to download different resume with a price tag attached. Example, a resume with only free features could be free to download while one with some jazzy features could be 4.99 or higher.
