The platform is not easy to you and not very flexible. It's also very expensive.
I would encourage everyone to just use Microsoft Word.
I also had this issue where they rolled over my 3 month subscription and I did not realise that I was being charged for well over 16 months. They provided me no refund and they ended up taking well over $300 from me with no services rendered.
