Love this service and I understand why the design isn't totally flexible. You're saving us from making stupid design mistakes, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. Thanks. I am rating this service poor for one reason only. There is no way to report issues to you, which I find totally unacceptable for any business. Enhancement suggestions are not the same thing, and you shouldn't assume your users are too stupid to understand the difference, or that you don't make mistakes. The "Montserrat" font for the cover letter is not the same font used in my resume. It was the other day, but today it is not. That is a bug, and I can't find a way to report it to you other than this. Bugs happen. Allow us to help you find them so they can be addressed quickly.
