The concept itself is good and I really liked the service for quite a while - hence 2 stars instead of 1. But now suddenly for some reason, nothing is working. CVs I've spent hours creating have disappeared. The product looks like it's now falling apart. Customer service is meant to reply within a day, but two days later, still no response - just a chatbot. They haven't posted on Twitter since 2019. Has the company closed down? Were all the staff made redundant? What happened?
