I rented a car through this company then realized our flight arrived in later than the hire car place was open. I cancelled within 24hours.
It has now been 5weeks since the cancelation....I'm STILL waiting for the refund. I was told Yesterday that my refund has been processed and I should receive it in 2 - 5 days.
I am NOT happy.
