“Scam agency. Read the thousands of 1-star Google Maps reviews about it.
I booked a car rental through EnjoyTravel.com on June 24th, 2022, for a one-day rental on June 27th, 2022, for approximately 42€.
On the day of the rental, the rental company informed me by phone that it only accepted to deliver the car at a hotel, not an AirBnb, and that the delivery cost was 60€. This was not written on the contract sent in the email from EnjoyTravel.com at all.
Of course I had to cancel the booking, and tried to contact EnjoyTravel.com as well to ask for refund. But both the phone numbers they provide (which were very difficult to find in the email they sent, and which were only UK phone numbers) actually don't exist anymore. I also contacted them by email, with no answer. I also tried a chat, where I was told that I needed to contact them by email, to which I had no answer as well. In the email they sent, there is no link to modify, cancel or even view the booking.
4 days later, I still didn't have any answer, didn't get refunded, nor had any answer from them.
It's quite clear this company is doing scam on purpose, hiding the contract agreements, and avoiding to be contacted in any way.
They als flagged my review on TrustPilot and asked for all reviews to fill a form first, to avoid bad reviews. If you dig on the Internet behind the fake good reviews, you'll see it's a scam and that customers are complaining.”
“Please avoid this company at all costs. I booked a hire car using Enjoy travel. After travelling to Italy and going to collect the car, the car hire company were closed and did not open for four hours after my arrival. I called the number provided by Enjoy which was a recorded message with the opening hours of the car hire company, so no help at all. I emailed Enjoy and was told I would have to wait until they opened. The issue I had was that I had paid in full on booking, but my booking details stated that if I were late I would be classed as a no show and no refund would be provided. I looked online and the cost of booking another car there and then was £400 more than my original booking. After a four hour wait Europcar were great and agreed to allow me to continue with my original booking. I contacted Enjoy to make a complaint but was ignored for three weeks. I contacted Enjoy a second time and was told that Europcar had confirmed that I collected my car. Enjoy took no responsibility whatsoever for booking a car with a car hire company that wasn't open. Enjoy have offered no apology and no offer of compensation, so simply do not care about the four hour delay and stress whilst sitting in an airport waiting for a company to open. Do not use Enjoy, they happily take your money and then leave you to suffer. Luckily it was only four hours until opening and Europcar did not enforce the no show rule, as Enjoy would still have the money they'd taken from me.”

ENJOY TRAVEL also unhelpful blaming us for the cancellation, also the full insurance no refund as it started at the time we were freezing at the terminal. NEVER AGAIN.

“I have tried to rent a car through this company from stansted airport. after my payment I haven't received an email nor a text message from them therefore I have contacted them by phone and I was told I didn't have a reservation. After this I went on to another website and made a booking through them for a car same dates and same length reservation for a little higher price. Both of them directed me to national while I was trying to book. I believe I am treated unfairly and my money was taken By enjoytravel unfairly”
“I arrived 86 minutes late to the pick up counter at a Car rental company arranged through Enjoy Travel.com and was told the order was cancelled. Part of the reason I was late was it took 50 minutes for the foresaid company to pick me up at the airport. Customer Service have not replied, do not trust or use this company.”
