I paid for a rental car but never received the vehicle. When I requested a refund, the company refused to return my money. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of responsibility. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Enjoy Travel—there are much more reliable options out there.”

“I had a terrible experience with EnjoyTravel. They advertised a low price for a rental car, which looked like a good deal. I paid the full amount upfront, but when I went to pick up the car, they suddenly demanded a £2,500 deposit – something that was never made clear during the booking process. It was only mentioned in small print after booking.
When I refused to pay such an unreasonable deposit and asked to cancel, they refused to give me a refund. So I ended up paying for a service I never received. This company is clearly making money by luring people in with low prices and then adding hidden fees and refusing refunds.
Very poor customer service, no transparency, and zero accountability. I highly recommend booking directly with a well-known rental company instead of using EnjoyTravel. This was a complete scam.”
“I booked a car in Tbilisi using the service. I chose the pick-up location to be Tbilisi Airport. When I arrived in the city, the rental company they work with took me to another location in the city center to pick up the car. It took me 45 minutes to drive one way and 45 minutes to drive back because I had to drive in the opposite direction, which increased fuel consumption.
I wrote a request to Customer Service, provided all necessary information and proof, but I still haven't received an answer.
Moreover, the rental company charged me 20 Euros for a cleaning service, which wasn't described in the agreement. After 3 months of back-and-forth emails, they finally refunded the fee.
EnjoyTravel doesn't listen to customers. You won't be able to get your money back if a rental company charges you something extra.”
“I arranged to rent a car through Enjoy Travel. I was reviewing details the night before I was to fly out and learned I was not allowed to drive the car out of state. Charlotte is a hub for American Airlines and 20 miles from S. Carolina. I had never heard of such a confining geographic restriction!! I had to cancel my reservation and because it was 24 hours before the contracted time, not 48 hours, I had to eat the prepaid cost.
I know, Caveat Emptor, but all of that fine print!! Be careful! Read everything.
