“I have tried to rent a car through this company from stansted airport. after my payment I haven't received an email nor a text message from them therefore I have contacted them by phone and I was told I didn't have a reservation. After this I went on to another website and made a booking through them for a car same dates and same length reservation for a little higher price. Both of them directed me to national while I was trying to book. I believe I am treated unfairly and my money was taken By enjoytravel unfairly”
“I arrived 86 minutes late to the pick up counter at a Car rental company arranged through Enjoy Travel.com and was told the order was cancelled. Part of the reason I was late was it took 50 minutes for the foresaid company to pick me up at the airport. Customer Service have not replied, do not trust or use this company.”
“Appalling service. We rented a car to be collected at Keflaonia Airport. Our flight was 50 minutes late and even though it is a small airport and took us 10 minutes to get through customs our car was not there. We tried to call both the UK no and the car company based in Kefalonia and nobody picked up. W must have called bother 10 times. We emailed Enjoy Travel multiple times and did not get a response until 3 days later. As our flight was delayed the agent at Enjoy Travel told us to claim it on insurance and that the car company waited hour for us and then left. This is a lie as there was only 1 flight coming into the airport at the time and the car company would have known this, even if they waited a hour they would have waited with all the other drivers and collection agencies and would have known about the delay, all the other collection people waited, we sat at arrivals until everyone left after about 20 minutes, we ended up being the last people left in the airpot. It is clear that they did not even bother to come with our car. Luckily we managed to find a car company about 5 minutes from the airport that was just about to close and hired a car at the last minute, it was about 10:30pm. It ended up costing us 3 times the amount. We will never use Enjoy Travel again and the service has been absolutely terrible, very rude people. Shame on you all.”

Arrived at the airport to pick up the car and they asked for just over €250!
I declined and got a taxi.
