Do not use this company… it is almost a scam. I was lured in by cheap car hire, and only after booking did I find out I couldn’t pay refundable holding deposit on my debit card. To continue with the hire, they wanted me to pay an extra £40 per day…. Original price was only £12 per day… I lost £150 which they have refused to refund. Went to one of the bigger companies and paid £140 in total with no hidden costs. Avoid this company, they are the worst out there

A very good service. I rented a car through them in Prague for two weeks, including full insurance. Since I am a very meticulous person, I often wrote to them about any issue—big or small. I messaged them to ask questions and simply to reassure myself after reading yet another negative review about the rental company I was using through them. When returning the car, they found a scratch and heavily scratched rims (which I accidentally caused in Prague due to the very narrow parking spaces). I was very worried about getting my money back—they initially charged the full €1,250 deposit. However, after two months, they refunded the entire amount.

Used EnjoyTravel to book with Tangerine, a car rental company in Madeira. They let you put a €150 fuel deposit on a debit card or contactless card, but you need a specific credit card (must be MasterCard or Visa, must have your full name - not your first initial! - and your full card number on it) for the actual car deposit. No reason for this is difference is given. As a result, they force you to take out insurance which is 5x the price of the rental itself. Dreadful - do not do business with these people.

ENJ-62720759 Booked a vehicle for collection 24 hours later then realised they wanted credit card deposit of £1500. I didn't want to cancel the booking but they would not allow me to have the car without this. As I do not possess a credit card I could not furnish one however, my money had already been taken using my debit card and even though the booking was made less than 24 hours earlier they refused to give me a refund. Their idea of customer service was to send me a series of screenshots and tell me they would not refund me. No understanding, no consideration, no initiative. Far from Enjoy Travel closer to Ruthless Travel, ruined my holiday. NEVER AGAIN. Date of experience: January 07, 2025

Booked a car with this company from Heathrow, in conjunction with Green Motion Car Rental, and just to get to the car pickup point from our arrival terminal was a nightmare that I wasn't expecting. First, catch a train to Terminal 2 to catch a bus to the Holiday Inn pickup point, but as our flight arrived late we missed the departure time for the bus that we should have been able to catch if the flight was on time. However, the buses only run every hour so as we had only missed it by 10-15 minutes, we had an uncomfortable 45 minute wait in a cold, windy carpark with no seating. When we finally reached the Holiday Inn office of Green Motion, we found one customer service person on duty. There were only three customers including me, but the contract formality process took over twenty minutes each time. By the time I had finished the ordeal we were now nearly two hours later than I had envisaged. And it didn't end there. We then had to cart all our luggage around to the other side of the hotel, in the open, to actually collect the car! Once at this point, I was told I had to sign a replacement set of documents because the car that was listed under the first contract wasn't available so another one had been assigned to me, so they can't even communicate with each other from opposite sides of the hotel! On top of all that, you can't use a debit Credit Card to pay for the rental or for the 'excess hold' when you are picking up the car, even though I'd used the same card for the initial booking deposit online. There must be better companies around Heathrow.

Terrible, misleading and simply dishonest company- rented a car with them in Dec 2024 to be told at the rental place to pay 200% for insurance even though I had already car insurance. Never use this company

Don't hire. It's almost a scam! The prices are attractive but they are NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS! Imagine if someone travels on the weekend, right? I had changes to my flight, I asked for adjustments to my reservation and no response. Until they responded that I had missed the deadline and, consequently, the money. Cheap? Nope. very expensive!

Horrible company! They are thieves! I prepaid for a 7 passenger vehicle for 8 days from NU car rental and they did not have that vehicle at the time of pick up and said I'd get a refund but enjoy travel refused to give me the refund. I emailed back and forth with them for 2 weeks and provided everything they asked for but still would not give me the refund. They are thieves and should be shut down!

This unfortunate firm should be avoided. They quickly conned me; I made a withdrawal request more than a month ago, and they said it was handled, but I later found it wasn't. I contacted COVSECLTD.COM for assistance , and they assisted me in recovering my money back.

I arranged to rent a car through Enjoy Travel. I was reviewing details the night before I was to fly out and learned I was not allowed to drive the car out of state. Charlotte is a hub for American Airlines and 20 miles from S. Carolina. I had never heard of such a confining geographic restriction!! I had to cancel my reservation and because it was 24 hours before the contracted time, not 48 hours, I had to eat the prepaid cost. I know, Caveat Emptor, but all of that fine print!! Be careful! Read everything. I tried to appeal but there was no compassion.

BEEARE!!This company is garbage. Based out of the UK. they don’t respond in a timely manner because of this and will not refund you for anything in a legit emergency situation. Horrible customer service.

Worse company ever! Will never book with them again and advise you not to either! You can’t contact anyone and they don’t respond to emails. They have a lot of hidden fees they don’t tell you about before renting and I’m having trouble getting a refund. Now I’m out of my initial deposit. Stay away from this company!

ENJ-47619340 - I wanted to change booking from my wife's name to my name as (local rental partner) Bargain car rental wasn't accepting her licence. Tried to call you but it was going to voice mail. Then I sent email got 1st response at 1142 am AST amd 2nd response at 0653 pm. Both replies were sent by John. But after that I think John went to bed. Worst customer service will never recommend Enjoy Travel to anybody.

Never, never choose this company! They lie, cheat, steal! They took the deposit and refuse to return it! Additional costs will be charged. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer e-mails! We will go to the police!

Avoid this company. I booked a car with them in London Heathrow and got there an hour late necause my flight was delayed. They canceled my reservation and did not answer when I ask for refund. I appears that many others had similar experience with them. Please see reviews before book with them.

Avoid this company! They are an agent who employs corrupt companies who will deceive you and they will do nothing to help. In fact they don't even respond to the emails of complaint. It is not worth the risk. Spend money on a respectable company and avoid these charlottons
