“Shocking company. I rented a car through them and whilst they say you have paid in full, you arrive at the car hire place and so many hidden costs. The company I used refused to give me a car as I felt like the whole thing was shambolic and scammy. But despite being refused to be given the car I had paid for, enjoy travel refuse to return my money even though I was willing to pay all the extras. They in fact have not even responded to my email complaints. Avoid them like the plague.”
“E' UNA TRUFFA
Ho noleggiato un’auto sulla piattaforma Enjoytravel che all’aeroporto Paris-Beauvais si appoggia a EUROPCAR. Dunque all’arrivo a Parigi io mi sono rivolta al referente di Europcar. E lì sono cominciati i disguidi:
1. Io avevo acquistato sul sito Enjoytravel una Protezione in eccesso. Il sito sosteneva (cito) “L'acquisto della "Protezione Eccedenza" non elimina la necessità di lasciare la franchigia bloccata su una carta di credito. Il fornitore di noleggio locale potrebbe comunque offrirti la sua assicurazione aggiuntiva, tuttavia dovresti rifiutarla. Qualsiasi addebito per danni che si verifica durante il noleggio è completamente rimborsabile tramite questo prodotto”. Peccato che Europcar non abbia riconosciuta: l’ha rifiutata e mi ha IMPOSTO (diversamente non mi avrebbero dato l’auto) la sua copertura assicurativa totale per una spesa di circa euro 300,00 di cui non mi è stata rilasciata nessuna documentazione!!! Non so neppure come sia stato calcolato il costo!
2. Inoltre al momento della consegna nessun operatore ci ha accompagnato all’auto per un controllo o spiegazione (ci hanno dato un modello ibrido) e, il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto che lo sportello della benzina non si apriva. Ho telefonato al numero rilasciatomi per un giorno intero e non ho ottenuto risposta alcuna, poi abbiamo cercato una concessionaria Peugeot per sistemare il guasto, perdendo per questo una giornata di vacanza.
3. Infine, ho ricevuto un addebito sulla mia carta di credito senza che nessuno mi abbia rilasciato un documento che giustifichi la spesa.
Inoltre aggiungo due nuovi elementi:
1. in data 17 e 22 ottobre sono stati fatti due prelievi NON autorizzati dalla mia carta a nome di Europcar (di cui si è servita enjoytravel per il mio noleggio);
2. le recensioni di FEEFO a cui rimanda Enjoytravel sono falsissime perché io inviato tre volte la mia recensione, ovviamente negativa, e non me l'hanno pubblicata, senza spiegare il perché.
