I booked car hir through Enjoy Travel and through this booking purchased insurance with Enjoy Travel. We ended up experiencing a car crash, requiring me to pay 700 Euros out of pocket which I was ensured would be refunded to me through my insurance claim to Enjoy Travel. I submitted this claim over two months ago, sending chaser emails, with absolutely no response. I was ensured I would hear back within 7 days. The level of customer service is non-existent, and I am still owed this money from Enjoy Travel. Do not book with them.
