Hello, When we arrived this morning in the Sixt agency in Agen they told us there was no car and the reservation was cancelled??!!  This we had to find out after a 40 minute drive! How is it possible to make a reservation when there is no car available ? And how is it possible we were not warned about this cancellation before we had to drive to Agen? So, we stood there with no car, no solution ….!! We tried to telephone Enjoy Travel but they were unavailable ?! Thank you very much for nothing! The only thing we could do was to drive 40 minutes back and look for another solution because we still needed a car to rent till saturday.  I also payed for the reservation so where is my money?
