When we went to collect our vehicle, we gave ID, Driving License as requested. But when we went to pay on a Revolut Card it was declined, so we tried a Virgin Credit Card this was also declined. Debit Card and Cash were also refused?? We had no other ways of payment so were unable to have the car. We went to Hertz who luckily had a vehicle available but cost us 3 times more, and were happy for payment of either Card. Not clear on why this happened. Have emailed wanting an explanation and a refund. But not sure I will get either.
