Under no circumstances use this company. Booked by credit card and paid extra for insurance. So all that was left was the £150 deposit on my credit card. Got there to be told I had to have a credit check, which I failed. Even though I have excellent credit score. Was left stranded at the airport with no means of travel. Complain to enjoytravel who refuse to refund my payment saying I used a debit card (which I didn’t) and didn’t have all the correct documentation (which I did). Again under no circumstances use this company. I believe they may be fraudulent. My booking reference was ENJ-41078527. And for an update they have refused to respond to the complaint I have made and have not responded to all points I have made.
