I had a Hollywood wax, having not had one for years I was slightly nervous but Simone put me immediately at ease. I thought that the service was professional and friendly. Simone called me after I made the appointment to talk through the treatment which was reassuring, her space is lovely and clean and very comfortable. I have returned since for maintenance, she is definitely my go to person. Highly recommend!
